Welcome to Fiesta, where we’ve been serving up authentic Mexican cuisine since May 22, 2017. Located in Calgary’s south side, our restaurant was born from a vision to fill a gap in the local food scene. We noticed a lack of true Mexican restaurants and places to find Mexican and Latin American groceries. That’s why we created a unique space that combines a market and a restaurant.

As of October 4, 2024, Fiesta proudly stands out as the only Mexican restaurant in Calgary that makes fresh tortillas right on-site. Unlike prepackaged tortillas filled with preservatives, our tortillas are crafted daily to ensure quality and taste. Fresh tortillas are the heart of a great taco, and we believe they make all the difference.

We prepare every dish at Fiesta from scratch. We use only fresh ingredients and follow family recipes that have been cherished for generations. Our guisados are rich in flavor and authenticity, bringing the essence of traditional Mexican cooking to your plate.

We are celebrating Día de los Muertos at Fiesta

At Fiesta, we may not have a venue for hosting large events, but we love to celebrate our traditions in meaningful ways. This November 2nd, join us for Día de los Muertos, a cherished Mexican holiday honoring loved ones who have passed.

To bring the spirit of the celebration to life, we’ll offer free face painting for young children. It’s a fun and creative way for kids to participate in the festivities!
As part of our celebration, we’ll also be selling Pan de Muerto, a traditional sweet bread made especially for this occasion. Available in the days leading up to November 2nd, it’s a delicious way to experience a key part of our culture.
