Our Fiesta's Story

Fiesta Market & Restaurant, which opened on May 22, 2017, originated from the desire to bring Authentic Latin cuisine/Mexican cuisine such as Guisado, Flautas and Tacos in Calgary, along with groceries and products from Mexico and Latin America. Today, Fiesta offers a menu with over 30 dishes and various options for discerning palates. Additionally, its Market provides more than 500 products, including groceries, crafts, clothing, and home goods.

Our Culinary Offerings

At Fiesta, people recognize our cuisine for its fresh ingredients and artisanal preparation techniques. Our authentic recipes come from Grandma's secret cookbooks, passed down through generations..

Our kitchen focuses on blending the highest quality ingredients, including local AAA Alberta beef in our Birria tacos. We also use imported ingredients from Mexico, such as Ancho and Guajillo chilies for our sauces and stews. Our Menu offers fresh Mexican tacos , Guisados and tortillas made everyday in the restaurant.
