The mission of Fiesta is to ‘bring happiness’ to our guests by:

• Delighting them with the flavors of our dishes and drinks.
• Serving as the bridge between Calgary and Latin America, allowing us to offer our guests all those products they long for from those lands.
• Providing a gathering place where existing friendships are strengthened, and new ones are formed. A place about atmosphere, colors, music, and scents transport us to Mexico and Latin America.

This happiness is reflected in the laughter of children as they dance, play, and run through Fiesta’s halls, and in the expressions of gratitude from their parents when they tell us that they feel transported to their homelands when they set foot in Fiesta. They thank us for being a little piece of Latin America in Canada.

Fiesta shares with this community the culture, cuisine, and traditions of Mexico and Latin America, conducting workshops on crafts such as piñatas and sugar skulls for Day of the Dead, as well as virtual and in-person cooking classes. Our intention is to introduce people from other cultures here in Calgary and Canada to the beauty of being Latino, while also keeping our traditions alive for those of us who have emigrated from those lands and passing them down to our children and future generations.
